HOW YOU SHOW UP

The Four Embodiments

How each archetype is occupied — not a mode of service, a default mode of being, present before any action is taken. You don't choose your Embodiment; you find yourself already standing in it the moment something happens.

Heart

FEELING FIRST

Something happens, and the Heart-led person's whole system responds emotionally before anything else engages. Presence, warmth, and relational attunement are native here.

At its best, compassion; collapsed, manipulation.

Mind

THINKING FIRST

The Mind-led person's instinct is to understand before anything else — clarity as the first move, feeling processed only afterward, if at all in the moment.

At its best, wisdom; collapsed, control.

Body

DOING FIRST

The Body-led person's system reaches for action — the hands, the movement, the concrete task — before words or feelings have caught up.

At its best, presence; collapsed, force.

Soul

MEANING FIRST

The Soul-led person's first question, often unconsciously, is what does this mean — reaching for significance before urgency or emotion.

At its best, communion; collapsed, fanaticism.

Named at Base only. An Embodiment is formally named at each archetype's Base expression — not at every stage, and not for every Pairing. Where richer language helps ("a Creator led by the Soul is close to what people call an artist"), it lives as prose, not new taxonomy.

How Bandwidth changes your Embodiment

Contraction collapses you into one weaponized channel. Under threat, the Embodiment that is your gift turns on people instead of toward them:

Expansion integrates all four. The Transcendent expression of any archetype can reach all four Embodiments — compassion, wisdom, presence, communion — deployed as the moment actually requires, not defaulted to out of habit. That's the real meaning of balance: not living in your weakest channel, but being able to reach any of them when the moment calls.

The practice: crossing

Develop a quiet Embodiment by pursuing your loudest archetype's longing through it. The longing supplies motivation you already have; the crossing supplies the growth. A Mind-led Sage develops the Body not by abandoning the mind but by apprenticing his hands — bread, knots, a martial art — truth sought through what can't be read.

Your Embodiment is a separate layer from Bandwidth and Core Needs: it describes how you show up, not how resourced you are. A Heart-led person can be running on empty or overflowing — the channel stays the same; the Bandwidth is what moves.
